Can we ensure confidentiality of our company while the executives use chauffeur of an outsource company?

At Drivers Service Center Co., Ltd., we are fully aware that confidentiality of our customers is a prerequisite to providing our service.
Complete confidentiality is stipulated in our agreement, and our drivers are strictly bound to secrecy.

What happens in case of an accident?

We will be fully responsible for handling and negotiating your claim promptly. We will not cause any inconvenience to you.

What happens when a full-time contract driver cannot perform his task for reasons such as sudden illness?

We have bakup drivers who are on standby full-time, that heve completed our backup training program, and therefore will not cause any inconvenience to your business.

Is it possible to change the full-time chauffeur during the contact period?

Yes, it is possible. We will change the chauffeur in consultation with you.

Q5 Who will be in charge for drivers' labor management?

We (Drivers Service Center Co., Ltd.) will be responsible for drivers' labor management, and will not trouble you on this matter.

How do I hire a chauffeur on an hourly basis for transportations such as golf pickup, airport pickup? And by when do I need to make reservations?
